FAQ

HOW DO I BOOK?

You can make an enquiry about our availability through the contact box above, by emailing fortyonewinks1@gmail.com or through Facebook and Instagram messenger. If your date is available, we will record your booking on our system.

WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK?

We advise you book around 6-8 weeks before. This should ensure availability. We will always do our utmost to accommodate.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE PARTY?

A 50% deposit is payable on booking (including 'little extras') with the remainder of the balance due on completion of set up.

CAN SINGLE TENTS BE HIRED WITHOUT A PACKAGE?

Unfortunately not. The smallest package available is for three tents. If you only wish to have two tents set up that is possible, however, the minimum package price is still payable. 

 

I WOULD LIKE SOMETHING WHICH ISN'T ADVERTISED?

Thats not a problem, we're all about creating bespoke parties to suit a theme of your own choice. These parties have a starting guide price and price increases as per your requests. Please see packages and pricing page for the guide price. A full price breakdown will be provided for our bespoke sleepovers.  

 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you need to cancel your party for any reason, we will return your deposit, provided you are within the accepted time frame. Please note that should you cancel your party with the 10 days leading up to the date, your deposit will be non-refundable. 

 

ONE OF MY GUESTS HAS ALLERGIES, CAN YOU PROVIDE SUITABLE SNACKS?

Absolutely, however, please note it is your responsibility to determine if any of the children attending the party have allergies and notify us of what they are and their severity. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions which we are not made aware of.

 

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR THE PARTY? 

Before we arrive to set up, the room(s) being used should have as much of the floor space cleared as possible, leaving sufficient space to set up. If you require dimensions of tents and beds, it is something we can provide. If the room is not cleared appropriately we reserve the right to refuse set up until space is made available.

WHAT TIME WILL YOU SET UP/COLLECT?

We will arrive at 12pm on the day of the party and we aim to have set up done within 2 hours. This may vary depending on the complexity of the set up or access to the home/space. The following day we will arrive at noon to dismantle and collect all items, we would appreciate if the room is vacated by the children during this time. This is to ensure their safety.
